I’ve seen better – but worse too

The beautiful pools and direct beach access made for a lovely retreat! Staff was remarkably friendly, enhancing every interaction with warm greetings.

Despite the stunning surroundings, reaching different hotel facilities felt cumbersome due to the size and necessary golf cart transfers.

With the beach just steps away, my family, including our teens, loved snorkeling and exploring the gorgeous marine life right outside our room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a huge variety that kept everyone happy. Plus, the atmosphere during the live music nights made dining by the sea a memorable treat.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was heated.

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the

staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. The pools were well-maintained, but a few more shady spots would have made lounging more comfortable. Overall, we loved the well-kept gardens and the easy access to activities nearby.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the spacious rooms and enjoyed relaxing at the multiple pools. The club lounge was perfect for our needs. The easy access to snorkeling was an added adventure we didn't expect!

One downside was that the beach access was quite rocky and not as convenient as we hoped, making it tricky to get into the water.

The Deluxe Twin Room with Ocean View was spacious and super comfy. Huge windows let in tons of light and you can almost hear the waves from your bed. Had a nice view of the ocean and the palm trees, which just made the whole vibe perfect. Bed was cozy, and the furnishings felt upscale. Cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy too.

would like to stay longer

The beach view from my Classic Room was just breathtaking. The room was spacious and felt upscale, with air conditioning and a private balcony. I loved the breakfast buffet with tons of choices and the fresh croissants. The outdoor pools were fantastic, and the spa offered a nice couples massage. Staff like Alan were super helpful.

Great views and friendly staff. Club Lounge food quality was disappointing.

the intercontinental had great ocean views and amazing facilities like multiple swimming pools and a lovely fitness center. the deluxe twin room with ocean view was spacious and super comfortable. the staff really made us feel welcome with their friendly service.

only wish the hotel was a bit smaller for easier navigation.

The views from my Classic Room felt like a postcard come to life, with the ocean glistening right outside my window. I was spoiled for choice with multiple dining options and indulged in the live music during buffet dinner by the sea. The beach access made it easy to snorkel and explore vibrant marine life just steps away from my room.

The buffet dinner by the sea was a highlight with live music, making it a memorable experience. I loved relaxing by the beach and diving into the refreshing outdoor pool after a long day of fun. The only downside was that the room could use a bit more storage space for clothes, but overall, it was fantastic! 🌊

I took my employees to an annual teambuilding at Intercontinental and found the room to be quite spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed with ocean views. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony came with a large sofa bed, enhancing our relaxation experience. Despite some initial service issues, access to Club Intercontinental significantly improved our stay with excellent food options and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.

The check-in experience was subpar for a premium member.
